The Team operating under high standards of business conduct to build shareholder , having terminated terminated it's last project (a medical marijuana project (undertaken with a city) in Croatia (part of the European Union (EU) is reviewing new projects for acquisition.

We collaborate with business innovators and research institutions in the biopharma industry who want to realize the market potential of their R&D investment.

Our History

The Company, effective September 1, 2020 became an independent publicly reporting company.

The above was achieved upon completion of a court approved statutory plan of arrangement undertaken, executed and completed under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) by AsiaBaseMetals Inc. (Trading Symbol: TSX.V: ABZ). effective September 1, 2020 with approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and the British Columbia Courts.

Mantra Pharma, a Publicly Reporting Company, is currently in the process of seeking a listing on a Stock Exchange, intending to seek a listing on the CSE Exchange.

The Company unfortunately truncated its past high potential project in the European Union ("EU") based in Croatia (Medical Marijuana Sector) due to Croatia not legislating the necessary laws on medical marijuana use on a timely basis and the global financial uncertainty and difficulties which arose from the Covid epidemic.

The Company has no obligation from truncating the project and is continuing to review other advanced projects for acquisition.
